Bandung, 1 February 2013. Unpad is to organize an academic activity, namely commencement ceremony batch II academic year 2012/2013 which will be chaired by the rector himself in two consecutive days, February 5 and 6, 2013. Divided into four sessions, the ceremony will host as many as 1,792 graduates from various study programs in Unpad. The first two sessions are held in the morning at 09.00-11.00, whereas the afternoon sessions are held at 14.00-16.00. This is intended to provide convenience for the graduates and the parents as well as Unpad stakeholders participating in the event. Prior to the ceremony, all graduates are obligated to attend briefing on Monday, February 4, 2013, in Aula Unpad at 09.00-11.00.
All graduates should be present at the venue 30 minutes before the ceremony begins and wearing the graduation outfit/academic dress. Invitations are valid only for two persons.
In order to maintain order prior to and during the ceremony, children relatives under 12 years old are not allowed to enter the venue and drop-off can only be made at the main gate whereas parking can be done around the Monumen Perjuangan parking lot.
In relation to the above, should this pose any inconvenience for other motorists or passers-by around the Dipati Ukur, we would like to apologize and recommend other alternative route.
