[Unpad.ac.id, 17/05/2016] Faculty of Law Universitas Padjadjaran in collaboration with Stock Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM) held training of “Legal Audit for Corporate Lawyers” in Auditorium 4th floor Mochtar Kusumaatmadja Library Building FH Unpad, Saturday (14/05). Participating in this training were 100 students of Faculty of Law Unpad from undergraduate, graduate and Notary Magister.
In the release received by PR Unpad, it was stated that the training was divided into 2 session with topics of Legal Due Diligence Techiques and Implementation and Legal Opinion Formulation in Stock Market and Financial Law Aspect. The speakers in the training were Ary Zulfikar, SH., M.H., member of HKHPM and Managing Partner from Ary Zulfikar and Partners Law Firm, also Iwan Setiawan, S.H as members of HKHPM and partner in Makes and Partners Law Firm. Both speakers are FH Unpad alumni.
In his speech, Indra Safitri the Chairman of HKHPM said that they would keep collaborating with FH Unpad. The collaboration is focused in holding various trainings for the benefit of FH Unpad academia.
Meanwhile, Manager of Cooperation FH Unpad Prita Amalia, SH., MH., said that the collaboration framework developed by HKHPM is planned not only to include Unpad students but also expected to be open for all law students in Bandung. Therefore Unpad could play the role of a hub for all Faculty of Law in Bandung.
HKHPM is one of profession organizations established since 1989 as forum for advocates and law consultants to conduct practices, activitites, or legal services in stock market or financial services sector.
To further enhance the cooperation between the two institutions, both parties agreed to create a Memorandum of Understanding. This training was expected to be a good start for forging cooperation between the two institutions.*
