Unpad Student Represents Indonesia at the World Youth Festival 2024 in Russia

A student from the study program of Social Welfare at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Universitas Padjadjaran, Ni Nyoman Andrani Kusumawati.*

[Unpad Media Channel] A student from the Social Welfare study program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Universitas Padjadjaran, Ni Nyoman Andrani Kusumawati, is serving as a representative of Indonesia at the World Youth Festival 2024 in Sirius Federal Territory, Sochi, Russia, from March 1st to 7th, 2024.

The World Youth Festival 2024 is a collaborative event between the Russian Government and the United Nations (UN) that aims to unite youth from 180 countries. This event seeks to address the global challenges faced by modern youth generations in establishing a better future image.

According to a release by Unpad Media Channel, the selection process to represent Indonesia in the event includes administrative selection, essay composition, and video production. Andrani successfully excels in all three stages, demonstrating her dedication and competency in addressing crucial issues faced by today’s youth.

Andrani expressed that the World Youth Festival 2024 would be an essential platform for Indonesian youth to collaborate with youths from other countries, share ideas, and find innovative solutions together for current challenges.
