[unpad.ac.id, 05/22/2019] The Board of Professors of University of Padjadjaran held a book review event at the Serba Guna Room Building 2, 4th Floor, Unpad campus, 35 Dipati Ukur Street of Bandung, Wednesday (5/22). A total of 12 books written by Unpad professors were discussed at the event.
Chairman of the Board of Professor Prof. Dr. Sutyastie Soemitro Remi, S.E., M.S., hoped that with the holding of book review, there will be various inputs obtained so that the enthusiasm of the professors will be more intense in writing books.
“So we are increasingly excited to produce books, as well as journals,” said Prof. Sutyastie.
The professor’s book review activities are expected to be routinely carried out. Prof. Sutyastie also hoped that in the future, various works of Unpad professors can be discussed in scientific journals.
The event was divided into three sessions. Each session was presented by the author of each book and continued with the presentation of book reviewers.
These books are “Geographic Information Systems” by Prof. Dr. Ir. Hj. Nurpilihan Bafdal, M.Sc., and discussant Dr. Ir. Zulfialdi Zakaria, M.T.; “Irrigation Technology and Management” by Prof. Dr. Ir. Hj. Nurpilihan Bafdal, M.Sc. and discussants Prof. Dr. Ir. Benny Joy, MS .; “Perioperative Management: Traumatic Brain Injury” by Prof. Dr. dr. Tatang Bisri, Sp. An.(K) and Dr. Dewi Yulianti Bisri, Sp.An. and discussants Prof. Dr. dr. Cissy Rachnia Sudjanaprawira, M.Sc., Sp.AK., Ph.D.; and “Anesthetics for Brain Tumor Surgery: Supratentorial Infratentorial” by Prof. Dr. dr.
