ILC Goes to Campus Unpad with Kapolri and Mayor of Bandung

[Unpad.ac.id, 26/03/2016] Event of Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) Goes to Campus was held in Grha Sanusi Hardjadinata Universitas Padjadjaran, Jln. Dipati Ukur 35 Bandung, Thursday (24/03). This journalism workshot, news presenter competition, and recruitment also featured talkshow with Head of Indonesian National Police Jendral Polisi Drs. Badrodin Haiti and Mayor of Bandung, Ridwan Kamil as speakers.

“We return to the campus, after several years of absence. Our first selection was the city of Bandung. Our goal is to share experience on how ILC program is produced and also introduce the people behind the ILC program, “said the host of ILC who is Chief Editor of tvOne, Karni Ilyas.

ILC is a news talk show aired in tvOne and has several times received awards for “Most Popular News Talkshow Program”. Also attending the event were CEO of tvOne, Anindra Ardiansyah Bakrie, Vice Deans, and the leadership of Universitas Padjadjaran. Besides Unpad students, participants of this event were students from various universities in Bandung.

Mayor of Bandung, Ridwan Kamil, said that ILC has opened public space for dialogue. “Through ILC we can see which of the speakers are intelligent, which of the speakers do not get a grasp of the problem, of what they were saying,” said Ridwan Kamil. Meanwhile The Head of Indonesia National Police Jendral Badrodin Haiti appreciated ILC program in always featuring practitioners and legal experts in every episode. “Even if there were some of them who were harsh in tone, that is not the case sometimes,” said he. *
